Resilience and mental toughness are skills that can be developed, and in this keynote or workshop, I share my personal experience of overcoming a traumatic brain injury and how I developed the mental fortitude to turn my life around. From being unable to stand up, walk, swallow, eat, talk, or write well, I had lost all my abilities and was facing a long road to recovery.
Through my journey, I learned the importance of mindset, perseverance, and self-belief in overcoming adversity. I developed the BestMe framework, which was helped my countless others to achieve their goals, and I share the strategies and tools that can help others to cultivate resilience and mental toughness in their own lives.
